Your hourly rate is tied to your performance, with reviews every 3–4 months. As your production increases, so will your pay. And here's something worth knowing if you've ever worked at a booth rental or commission-only shop: there are no salon fees, no chair or suite rental fees, no laundry or backbar charges, no credit card handling fees — nothing. Your hourly rate, commissions, and tips are yours to keep, entirely.
