As Vice President, Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, Joan Modrinski has developed an expertise in providing individualized services to all levels of employees from senior executives to support staff in diverse industries throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. For over 20 years, Joan has coached thousands in a wide range of professions. An avid promoter of social media, effective personal branding, and the development of a dynamic resume, Joan thrives on arming candidates with the essential tools to conduct successful career transitions.In addition to her consulting role, Joan has managed key national accounts, coordinated job development efforts and has served in various leadership roles for the organization. She has established a dedicated network and has successfully supported clients from local and global organizations in the financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, pharmaceutical, retail and consulting industries among others.

Before joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Joan developed the human resources function at BRIO Corporation and she held the positions of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Assistant Vice President of Commodities Operations at a regional investment firm. She holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and lives with her husband in Mequon Wisconsin.

He has mentored six college students over a six-year period in Marquette University’s College of Business Administration mentoring program, and coached his children in a myriad of youth sports. Drew grew up in Glen Ellyn, IL, graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and lives in Cedarburg, Wisconsin with his wife, Jacqueline.

His consulting portfolio includes managing and delivering a range of change and communication solutions for clients across a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Financial Services, Food and Beverage, Industrial Supply, Manufacturing, and Petrochemical.

Greg is a member of the Standards Working Group for the Association of Change Management Professionals. Comprised of 23 thought leaders and highly experienced change management experts from around the world, this group is chartered to lead the development of the first global standard – and subsequent industry certification – for change management practitioners.

Greg holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, and a M.S. in Communication from Northwestern University. He lives in Cedarburg, Wisconsin with his wife and three children.

Bill Feagles is the Vice President-Business Banking at Johnson Bank-Milwaukee. His banking career spans more than 20 years, including 18 years with M&I / BMO, with 12 of those years focused specifically on business banking. Bill has been active with the Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years, including three as the organization’s President. Currently he serves on the Executive Committee and is Chair of the Membership Committee.Bill is a life-long resident of the Milwaukee area, and he lives in New Berlin with his wife and a yellow lab.
